Accessibility: Partially compliant

This page is not a help page. It presents the accessibility policy for the ANTS portal sites and the general level of accessibility observed on these sites in accordance with standards and regulations.

Any questions? We've got answers.

An accessible website is one that allows all Internet users to access its content without difficulty, including people with disabilities and those who use specialised software or hardware. For example, it will enable:

  • Browsing with screen readers or Braille displays (used in particular by blind or vision-impaired Internet users).
  • Customise the display of the site according to your needs (larger font size, changing the colours, etc.).
  • Browse without using the mouse, with the keyboard only or via a touch screen.

We take a pragmatic approach to accessibility, and listen carefully to what users have to say to help us make better design choices or point out any shortcomings in the browsing experience. For example:

  • Some seasoned professionals use only tabbed browsing for online services.
  • Visually impaired or blind people can use a screen reader or Braille display to help them navigate ANTS websites.

If you have a problem with browsing, you can share your experience with us and let us know by sending a message to the Accessibility Officer at ants-accessibilite@interieur.gouv.fr.

What to include in your report:

  • Specify the URL of the page or the name of the service/title of the page on which you encountered this browsing problem. If possible, attach a screenshot. Any details you can give us will be invaluable in pinpointing the problem.
  • If you know them, remember to mention your operating system and its version number (for example: Firefox v.108.0.1 , Safari v.2.0.1, etc).
  • Finally, if you use an assistive technology, please tell us its name and version number. (for example: NVDA 2022.3.3, VoiceOver 4.0, Talkback, etc).

If you need assistance, send a message to one of our call centre agents. The Accessibility Officer does not have access to the personal data linked to your account, nor to the contents of your current requests or applications. They are also unable to add documents to your file.

ANTS websites contain numerous texts and links, most of which redirect you to the websites of other public services. Sometimes typos (missing or misspelled words) might be present or some links might be out of date and return a 404 error page. If you find a typo or a broken link, you can let us know by sending a message to the Accessibility Officer at ants-accessibilite@interieur.gouv.fr .
