The portal has been enhanced, making it easier for you to keep track of your procedures and understand the information available in your account on the site.

 

Information more readily available

You can access 3 different spaces via your account:

• Access administrative procedures via quick links to online procedures from your own profile
• Keep track of your current applications
• Access useful information, customized in line with your profile

Step-by-step application tracking

You can now step-by-step keep track of your administrative procedures.

As always, you will see the application number, the type of procedure and the application status. But now, further details have been added:

• on steps to come (example: "You will receive a SMS as soon as your passport is available in the town hall")
• on actions pending, if applicable (example: "You have 3 months to collect your passport. After this time, it will be destroyed")

Special attention has been given to keeping track of passport and national identity card applications.
