Temps de lecture : 5 minutes
This new body provided for under France Titres 2024-2026 Objectives and Performance Contract comprises members of the Agency's Ordering Party Committee, as well as a dozen qualified experts and private and professional user representatives (French municipal administrations and France services, prefectures, automotive professionals, French nationals abroad, people with disabilities, etc.).
Its aim is to include all stakeholders in the Agency's governance, so that their expectations may be taken into account when defining the Agency's strategic ambitions and rolling out its work programme.
The COS is expected to meet once a year. This first meeting was an opportunity to present the Agency's roadmap, covering its historic missions involving the secure document issuance chain and user support, as well as its new missions based on sovereign digital identity and all the services that the France Identité app can offer on French and European levels.
Special time was set aside to work on making vital digital procedures accessible.
COS members were invited to express their expectations and their proposals to contribute to France Titres' strategic ambitions and to optimize services made available to users. Following on from this first meeting, they will be involved in defining the principles that should guide the Agency's initiatives, which will be set out in an Ethics Charter due to be published mid-2025.
