Preamble

The Agency's 2024-2026 Objectives and Performance Contract (COP) sets out its strategic ambitions. This is specified in a roadmap that consolidates France Titres' historic missions with regard to issuing identification documents and that prepares for the future, where digital sovereignty is a key strategic challenge. Finally, France Titres must ensure compliance with the ethical rules applicable to all public entities and, more specifically, with those of the French Ministry for the Interior with regard to anti-fraud efforts and anti-corruption measures.
