The Citizen Contact Centre (Centre de Contact Citoyens)

The agency's Citizen Contact Centre (CCC) answers questions from private individuals about online procedures for vehicle registration and driving licences throughout France.

Dedicated lines are also available for motoring professionals, driving schools and CSSRs (road safety training centres), as well as for certain types of local government offices and public support points.

Always keen to improve the quality of its relationship with users, the CCC is innovating in its activities by offering new services:

  • outbound call campaigns, with the aim of providing personalised service. Users are guided over the phone to finalise their applications in real time.
  • A presence on social media, with regular news posts.
  • Setting up a dedicated telephone line for public support points (points numériques, MSAPs and Espaces France services). Their representatives can contact the call centre quickly to obtain assistance for users seeking local help.

The Citizen Contact Centre is available to private individuals (vehicle registration certificates and driving licences) Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm (local time). 

Our user support is only available in French.
