Help improve your public services!

Services Publics + is a digital space where you can contribute to improving your own public services. Eight months after it went online for the first time, the site is being upgraded to offer you a smoother, more intuitive browsing experience.

 

This new platform gives you the opportunity to:

• See the results of your local public services and find out what progress has been made.
• Help simplify certain paperwork by notifying us of any documents you find complex.
• Give your opinion on the quality of a public service (e.g. taxes, family allowance fund, etc.etc.) by sharing your experience (was it good or not so good?) and getting a response from the agency in charge. 

The Agency is joining this initiative by publishing its own results as well.
